Comment: This is a pathetic service, it is not real time. How can someone be made to wait for over an hour without a satisfactory reason as to why their payment has not reflected. Where is the convenience?

Comment: The service is excellent but its now taking long to update the card. I did load $250,00 this morning at about 10.41 am but up to know it has not updated the card. Can something be done to speedy up the updating so that it does not inconvenience specially with these days of fuel going up nearly every week.

Comment: Services do not have a disclaimer as to who can top up or not it would be helpful to highlight certain issues before an individual transacts.

On the 26th 0f July i made a top up of $300.00 RTGS but the funds haven't reflected. I was using ecocash from Collen Chabooka to a smart card number 00024111 beneficiary being Tayion Sanangurai. The Ecocash number that i used was 0774 039 834.
