Comment: Customer service is the completely none existent!! Paid for tickets on Friday for a Sunday trip, and site didn't issue tickets. Their phone numbers were unavailable all weekend and all I get is "Sorry" on Monday. ON MONDAY! Absolutely unacceptable.

Comment: Payment successfully processed but no ticket was issued. Two days of calls and 21 emails before ticket was issued and then still had trouble boarding the bus. Very disappointing service from Intercape Pathfinder.
