Comment: This is a very shitty system, you receive payments but fail to process tickets. Its a use at own risk facility??

Comment: They refused my ticket and asked me to pay again at the bus I want a refund

Comment: I made payment on the 30th for a bus scheduled to depart on the first. When I got to the bus terminal they told me no booking had been made. I had received an email from National Tickets saying they'd received my payment. Luckily there was another seat still available so I managed to get another ticket, but when I called the National Tickets guys for a refund they said they'd get back to me. Today's the third and I still haven't heard anything further from them. I will u[date this review if anything changes.
