TERRIBLE - I TYPED IN THE AMOUNT AS $38.83 WHICH HAS BEEN CREDITED TO MY ZOL ACCOUNT AND $693.20 HAS BEEN DEBITED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT! I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL TO ZOLS BILLING EMAIL ON THE 25/2/2020 AND I STILL HAVE NOT HAD A REPLY BESIDES THE AUTOMATED ONE GIVING ME AN INCIDENT NUMBER!!! I WILL NOT BE USING PAYNOW AGAIN!!!

A double payment was done after payment platform sent an erroneous payment failure message. A payment summary for the other payment has not been emailed. Please email payment summaries for both payments to firstname.lastname@example.org. The payments are now for January and February 2017.
